Two New Music Festivals in Britain
Following a 1.5 million pound investment drive, Ingenious Ventures has just launched two new music festivals in Bristol and Brighton, UK. The company already invests in festivals including Creamfields, Rewind, and Field Day Festivals, and has chosen to expand its reach in the sector as live music events continue to perform well, despite the sales declines seen in recorded music.
Bristol's We The People will take place in June, and will be headlined by Chase and Status, while Brighton's Shakedown festival will be held the following month and features Mark Ronson. Ingenious funds these festivals through a unique concept of selling shares which give investors the chance to invest in music festivals, live events and TV shows. In this case, the shares that funded the new festivals are the Ingenious Entertainment VCT 1&2 D-shares.
